Once received, we review the client's requirements and information provided.
Based on the client requirements, we prepare a proposal and recommendation of support package required.
Once the client accepts the proposal we then create a fully customised operations plan.
This will include business improvement ideas, product strategy for generating sales and timelines which provides the client with a clear vision and focus for their business going forward.
Phase 3 is where we start implementing the plan and doing the work.
Our clients will be given access to their own project management area and have full visability of current work and ongoing tasks.
Clients can choose to communicate with us through our project management portal or by whichever method of communication suits them best.
